((Hey! Kurt just cuz I'm badass dosnet me I'll go to Jail, but I guess I cant let this thread go to waste.))

Being a High School Detective had it's quirks. When he was invetigating something went wrong. Rachel and her dads were Alex's emergency contatcts when Alex's mom was gone acting. He waited for Rachel and her dads to pick him up.

[Rachel Berry]

"Yes, daddy. Of course, I'll go." Rachel smiled and ended the call from her father. They were both working when the call from the police station was made and so Hiram had asked his only daughter to help out. Rachel left the house, locking the door behind her and got into her car.

When she got to the police station, Rachel got out of the car and stalked toward the main entrance confidently even though she had no idea what laid in store for her and, being the drama queen she was, she imagined the worst as she entered the doors.

"Alexander Jones?" Rachel asked at the front desk then waited patiently to be filled in.

OOC: Alex, I meant that it was for you too get your new cases! You are more of a mama's boy, then a bad ass!

[Alexander Jones]

Alex was uncuffed and let out. "Damn straight better let me go." He mumbled. He walked over to Rachel and didn't say a word.

[Rachel Berry]

Rachel stood with her hands on her hips, watching Alexander expectantly. She stayed silent but her face held a "well?" expression.

[Alexander Jones]

Alex shrugged. "What? Thanks for coming to pick me up, is that what you want to hear? This is normal for me. I've changed since we were kids. I go to Jail almost every week." He told Rachel.

[Rachel Berry]

Rachel shook her head at the start of his sentence and ignored the end of it. "I meant what happened, Alexander?" The brunette asked, concerned.

[Alexander Jones]

((You don't have to call me Alexander, just say Alex))

Alex yawned. "Apparently I was onto something, but the murder didn't want me to find me, obviously hearing of me, well anyway, the man wanted me out of the way, he left bombs for me and hid them. I set them off on accident," He said motioning to his cut lip, and taking off his shirt, showing scars and some stiches. "There was a warrant for my arrest and I ended up here, since I'm no offical detective."

[Rachel Berry]

"You got bombed?" Rachel asked, her voice portraying the shock she felt well. "Are you okay?" She added the cliche question even though the answer was pretty obvious.

[Alexander Jones]

Alex shrugged it. "Yea I'm fine. Can we leave now?"

[Rachel Berry]

"Yes, yes of course." Rachel mentally flailed, not really knowing what to do. She pushed open the door and strode through it, holding it behind her for her childhood friend.

[Alexander Jones]

Alex gave the cops the middle finger before leaving and getting in Rachel's car. "We really changed from when we were kids."

[Rachel Berry]

"We've come a long way." Rachel agreed with a small smile as she let the door close behind them. She began walking back toward her car with Alex. Rachel became silent ad her mind flicked through memories of their childhood together.

[Alexander Jones]

Alex remebered the time in Middle School where Alex had been getting into the School Detective thing and Rachel was kidnapped and used as a leverage for Alex. Or one time in 3rd grade where kids were picking on Rachel and he stood up for her, which is when they became friends.

[Rachel Berry]

Rachel smiled once more as her head cleared of what used to be and was brought back to what was happening now. She pulled open her drivers door and slid into the seat as she had done many a time.
