Alex walks in, he knows who the killer is, with his great intelect. He looks at Kurt, who is opposing him, and the other witness. Alex gives a very evil smile.

Kurt smiles back, cheerfully, and confidently, as he sat at the desk-thingy in front(What's that called?).

Alex smiled evil at Kurt, knowing he was going to win this thing.

Kurt walked up to the judge and told him that the majority of the evidence was gathered without a warrant, and therefore can not be used in court; the judge agreed, and Kurt smiled smugly at Alex.

Alex smiled, he gave his evidence ((Read my city posts)) and smiled. The judge had a shocked look on his face. "By all means child, come now, who is the killer?" The judge, Alex looked and said, "There's no doubt about it, John Tristian Rick, the person testyfing against me, Take his initials for a minute, JTR, JTR was also the name of the person who killed women in the 1800s -Jack The Ripper-."

Alex smiled, "John, would you mind conffessing or should I just lay out what happened.

Kurt walks up and begins to question him.
"Your honor I would like to present evidence proving he has an identical twin, who looks just like him. Also, I would like to submit evidence from the top psychologist in country, stating that he would almost never do this crime, except in self defense, which would make it legal." Kurt said. "Now Alex, now that I have that covered, do you still think he did it? And also, why do you think his initials make him guilty?"

Alex smiled. "She had a knife, she cut his face-" Alex points to the cut on the mans face. "He took the knife I dropped and stabbed, her final blow, was from the twin who used a piano wire to slice Sally's head off, then John knowing his twin had done it, tried to kill me." Alex says. "John, you have been charged with attempted murder, 3rd degree murder, you have 12 years in prison and your brother a life sentence. CASE CLOSED!" Jugde said. Alex gave Kurt the middle finfer. "This is why I'm a High School Detective biotch. I prove justice." Alex saw the the judge was gone, Alex left.

OOC: ALEX YOU CANT JUST DO THAT! YOU ARE NOT THE JURY! WILL ONE OF THE MODS PLEASE REMOVE THAT LAST SENTENCE!

"Objection! Your Honor, the jury makes that decision, not the witness!" When the judge agreed, Kurt gave out the final blow. "Mr. Rick's cut is from a construction disaster, not a knife. Which happened at the same time of the alleged murder. Therefore, to prove Mr. Rick's alibi, I now will call up Mr. Jack Camron Igland, my client's coworker."

((Kurt why are you trying to win, the person is the murder, done! I wasn't the jury, I was playing the character of the jury! Seriously you need to read better. Dude! You're not even that good at playing, Kurt! Stop critizing me and stop being a jerk, anything else you wanna say, PM it, you are letting your emotions get in the way of your RPing.))

Alex rolled his eyes. "You seriously think I'm that easy to fool?" Alex gave a smirk on his face. "You're not even a legal lawyer, Kurt." Alex said. The Judge looked at Kurt. "Your not a legal lawyer?" The Jury asked. Alex smiled and had given more evidence. "Hey John, I have your brothers piano recital ticket." Alex smiled. "The woman was killed with a piano string."

OOC: Okay, just for future refrence, in cases, we should just ask some unbiased people to make the decsision. Also, I had plans for my charector that require winning this trial. In addition the jury can't talk to the lawyers.

"First of all, I got my license legally, and second of all, you'll be hard pressed to find someone without access to piano strings, so that is circumstationstial evidence. Oh and you flunked the D.E.T.s so..."

Alex looked confused. "I never took the D.E.T's."

"The D.E.T.s are what you take too become an official police detective, so if you didn't take them, why is he allowed to be an expert witness? I call for all evidence presented by him too be disallowed!"

[Alexander Jones]

Alex looked at Kurt like he was an idiot. "I'm in High School, I'm not a real detective, High School Detective is a name I got because I solve mysteries. Making police dumb." Alex said.
